How much does registering a new company cost? Estimates would be most welcome.

It will cost you about Ksh 25,000 and about 2-4 weeks for you to get the company certificate. I suggest you get a good Lawyer to do it for you coz you will need a memorandum of association,signature from a registered CPS and some other payments to make. All these will be done at ksh 25k.
Its a bit stressing doing it yourself; you know how our government institutions work.

Name search 50/-,Business name 850/-,limited Co. 6000/-. It will cost you anything between 7000/- to 70000/- depending to which broker,lawyer,agent and conman.

I am interested in registering a small ltd company, specifically I need a seasoned lawyer who is based in Nairobi to guide me. ultimately I want to get a company certificate. if you can help?
