Pardon me for asking, but on what basis would the share reach 19? The Rights Issue was oversubscribed. Anyone selling below 19.5 would surely seem to lack some form of strategy, according to me

As long as there's an increase in supply ...the price will go down....Just that simple...
and please it wasnt a 80% 0r a 90% but a 3% oversubscription ...It speaks loads about the rights uptake..

Personally i would be very very shocked if this share trades below 21.00. Its so exciting, cant wait for kesho. Im not old, so i relish these high action moments, nice to trade once in a while.

Look at this, kcb rights at 25,hfck rights at 20,mumias gvt offer at 49.50,safcom at 5 ...the rights price or ipo offer is never a downward ceiling and anything is posible.

@mlennyma. The article in BD will assuage the situation. Kplc has a v bright future.

Yawn... who is this chap who claims KQ will fall to 20/-?
Surely not the same one who claims 99 = 103?

NO need to bet @guru...it headed there depending on how much rights come in to the market...I dnt even think the current price has discounted the increase in supply thats coming.....fellow mboys and ngirls prepare your wallets coz it bargain hunting time....

@QW be sure that KPLC should be trading above 30 so by it trading at 23 already shows that the market is discounting the additonal shares that will flood the market..

I only expect it to hit a low of 22

@ qw, thumbs up, i can see you can remember.
My prediction: kplc will hit lows of 20.50 if massive supply hits the market by end of the week. How i pray this supply would be wiped out by 1st Feb. All the best in your investing decisions.

We dont deny kplc's future is bright thats why at 21 put as many orders as posible with different prices downwards.

Bargain hunters have began chasing this stock... Someone just bought 1million shares at a single go.

And 2.7million shares traded so far.
