Am sure the post under reference is post no.37 on page 2. There surely must exist a distinct difference between MWENZA and MPENZI!!! At least one should NOT swap "W" and "A" with "P' and "I" respectively.

It doesnt make an economic sense the price of bread comes down and I start complaining to the shopkeeper why the price down , ooh he wont make profits , ooh its a promotion ooh this ooh that .no

Si its simple , I just enjoy my bread while the 'promotion ' last ?

Or Im I missing something here

no one complained a while ago when milk was being sold with an extra one coz of over supply. So lets enjoy while it lasts
Life is an endless adventure

No, it appears to be more of a vested interest than mere bias.

Telkom files complaint over Airtel call rates

Hmmn interesting twist that the same laws Orange Airtel YU supported against Safaricom come out to bite Airtel's ass. But why didn't Airtel want to follow the law. And Orange always so combative, experts at voracious lobbying of government.

The CCK has since confirmed that the Airtel offer is a promotion, but did not say when the offer is expected to end.

Sources at CCK say that Airtel breached this twin rules as it informed the commission about the offer the same day it unveiled the tariff and it also failed to announce to subscribers when the offer is ending.

Interested to have your opinion, but enough already with the backchat about labels, bias, vested interests...

offer ends 31st march with the possibility of an extension according to airtel md rene meza. He was on citizen tv news at around 9:30pm. He also said mobile phone companies will have to improve efficiency in order to be able to provide the lowest possible charges

Mambo ndio hivyo...

My opinion is under scrutiny, Airtel was forced to be more clear about their offer for the benefit of the consumer. Is it a coincidence that offer ends on last day of Safaricom end year, to guarantee a terrible last quarter?

Despite a different approach from MJ, Collymore's morally irreprehensible stance seems to have borne fruit for Safaricom.

I don't work in the Telecom industry but had a chance to glance through CCK's Universal Access Strategic Plan and must say despite all the fuss, they may be ranked one of the best performing regulatory bodies thus far for user protection.

Charging the customer too much is ripping them off! Yet I also see the consumer is wary if something is offered for almost nothing; what does the giver want in return?
