@ Kularaha, It is hard to defend decisions that have little thought put into them- Referring to which decision? ,however,if I was like Mutula/Mutua/Kalonzo etc,I would ask for patience at this stage while the govt 'consults'. Patience from who? The thicker the thigh the sweeter the pie.
