I've been interested in dairy farming for a very long time and has done a bit of research; if you have the facilities to keep a minimum of three cows,you are set-up to make above average income for life,I've found it to be the best business to get into.
Critical is how you approach it ... as you are doing,get the best milk cows possible and build the best infrastructure possible ... if you have access to clean water and electricity,that would be great,if not,its ok, Solar panels can do well too,think of a dairy farming ecosystem,with sustainable feed ( green house or something towards that) plan it out,and start with what you can afford and by the time you complete,you'll be pleased ... critical is having a piece of land and labour to do dairy farming.
