planned expansion of mombasa road will affect the standard group offices among others. Why does the CEO smell some uvundo?
How is the SG share likely to be affected if this action comes to pass?

it is not SG targeted. sameer should be complaining more, it's only that KTN highlighted their premise more than the rest.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Just where did Standard Group get this guys? In my opinion he has been a disaster for them.

On the demolition of their building they should be happy it at least give them an opportunity to put up a building and get rid of that chav experiment.

Tell me why Libra house is cleverly curved out of the planned acquisition and Ill believe that there was no external influence.

Have to agree, Melly is one peculiar guy....remembered the other day when they were rebranding live on air and the way he was trying to hype up guys on the KTN presenters line up, it was like a scene from a very bad documentary. Think he should just be in the background, somewhere.

Problem is Kenyans do not follow planning regulation. If you check on Plan, Libra house is spared because it has a service lane infront. Access to Mombasa road to individual plots not acceptable. They have a service road behind those plots which they choose not to use. This is an Ongata Rongai situation where town develops along the road in unacceptable manner. As for the guys in Construction Industry and Land speculators, they are looking at the scenario with glee.
