That is true, mainly owned by Sacco societies and lately institutional investors. This leaves very small free float thus maintainig stable price. This is why I love CiC company. When it gets listed, we will most likely see similar stability like Coop. Remember Coop Bank is the single largest shareholder.

I'm in love wit co ops strategy in banking.. I mean every branch is full in Nairobi all day..

But i'm not so keen on the shareprice.. The current valuations for co op cannot withstand a market shock like a recession..

Thats why i prefer to watch its growth from a distance
