Neighbourhood with steady water supply

Which are the best middle class estates or neighborhoods in Nairobi with a steady supply of water? Kasarani was once reasonable but seems to be having problems these days and raising children in such an environment is not the best. Average rent should be in the range of 15 to 20k per month for a 2 or three bedroom flat

Move to the outskirts on NRB, Juja,... Ruiru..Nice affordable housing, no water problems plus after the expansion of thika road everything will be shwari.... I live in Juja.. in a 3 bedroom flat i pay 15k per mont...and i work in nairobi....plus i wakeup to the sounds of birds in the morning.. not blaring matatu musik and lorry noise...
If i showed you where i live, you would think that i was hiding.
