@qw. Please dont play with our intelligence. Oversubscribed means more than 100%, the result is 103%. The matter of whether its is massively oversubscribed or not, is not irrelevant. Buy the guy his drinks. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself
analysts forecast NSE index will hit 6000 points http://www.capitalfm.co....t-6000-points-5216.html
Possible, BUT only if we are talking of end of 2011 ... Don't gamble; take all your savings and buy some good stock and hold it till it goes up, then sell it. If it don't go up, don't buy it...

Math is not my best subject but are you saying 101 is equal to 100? Would 103 = 100 be correct as well?

All Investors love a bull run. But guys, it doesn't mean any time the nse index goes up by 30 points you screem. The rise has to consistent for a fairly prolonged period, say two or three months. Looks like some of you guys log in at 10:30 am and any sign of prices going north you start screaming! Some time before June the real bull will come, but you guys will not be able to scream because your voice will be hoarse already! Prices going up for 5 days does not contitute a bull run neither do prices going south for 5 days constitute a bear run, those are mere market corrections.

@qw, do you really know what you are saying! Remember that despite the govt not exercising or selling their full rights, there was an oversubsription! What if the govt sold their full rights? What shares would have the investors who applied for extra shares been given? Have you really read the rights results? I tend to think that you only depend on your techno speech and not fundamentals and reality, your investments in AK and Neverready speaking volumes in sealing that! The government should stop downplaying the magnitude of the current drought. It has the potential to upset the current economic growth, ultimately affecting the bourse. Should we expect weaker earnings for agricultural companies? GOD BLESS YOUR LIFE

hahahahaha. @ Aguytrying . stop makin me laugh ..ati bull market to come mid yr ??????. ..Firstly tha'd be historic ...Secondly that'd mean that the January effect backfired and as an indicator of the trend the stock market shld take for the rest of the year the year shd be ruined...so dnt wait for a bull market rally mid year but wait for it during january and get worried if it doesnt come in Jan... Your future depends on your dreams so go to sleep !

Enkai! LOOKS LIKE THERE WAS NEVER A BULL TO CALL HOME ABOUT! All the hype at the beginning of last week looks to have dissipated into thin air! Kwani whats cutting? I thought that before March the NSE-20 would have at the very least hit 5,000 ... but it now looks that was wishful thinking.
BUT anyway, lets look to the weeks ahead till mid- feb and see ... Don't gamble; take all your savings and buy some good stock and hold it till it goes up, then sell it. If it don't go up, don't buy it...

Buyer perception it will hedge higher based on earning projections and some takeover (i Forget what) hence higher quotes..by time results are out market will have fully factored fundamentals and for those seeking a "dump" in april.. counter will slow down and slow down fast. ..Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven...Matt5:16 - 1769 Oxford King James Bible 'Authorized Version
