http://www.nse.co.ke/new...20audited%20results.pdf

After seeing the above results they are not as bad as they were expected to be?..Share has climbed to 13/-.

I guess 2011 might be good for them as economy is growing..agricultural counters are good so more sales of tractors..sales of buses might also go up in nairobi.

Please advice guys?

Police stopped buying Land Rovers last century. Ni matoyota land cruisers siku hizi. Even military don't buy as many and those Passats are too few to make a difference but maybe after 2012 elections all Senators, Governors, Mayors, Parastatal heads and Ministers might be allocated...

BBI will solve it

So basically without the support of the government this counter has no future..i am wondering what happened to the profits of all thos passats which were sold to the government..was it reflected in the 2010 results?

It will be a tragedy to allocated cars from GoK to all those senators & governors... As much as I supported the new Katiba... the costs may be horrendously high!

There is still hope for CMC in
1. Buses after the phasing out of 14-seaters
2. Passats for governers and senators etc

I totally agree with you but the govt. seems to have settled on the Passat as the compromise car accepted by Kenyans and since government will always be government and we'll most likely have most of these id;;ts coming back as Senators and Governors, I don't see a way out.
