Cheserem the CMA chairman has resigned his post following his appointment to the revenue allocation commission.

I meant his resignation was not brought about by a dossier or dirty deals as is the Norm nowadays.

On another note I hear Ndemo the Information PS is in trouble something to do with SMART TV....Missing 150 million meant for CCK....and some irregularities regarding some frequencies....Poghisio is scheduled to hold a crisis meeting with MOA to discuss his conduct.
