Come 2012,there are a number of leaders I dont ever want to see in parliament again, ever. And I'll begin to pray that they dont ever come back and God gives us leaders that care and whose hearts are totally devoted to serving Kenyans; period!!!

THE STRATEGY

We can begin by setting up an online forum,a website with a banner; 'Dont Wait for 2012,Choose Your Leader Now'.

Someone with the ability to set up such a website can help us,perhaps even SK administrators. I'd be more than willing to make a monthly contribution for this.

The website should have interfaces where all constituencies in Kenya are listed, asking people to begin to identify and nominate leaders from their areas. After web nominations, the nominee names can be posted back on the site for votes. People must also give reasons why they strongly feel these nominees should lead our country.

After the votes, these people should be contacted and told that they were nominated to be leaders in their respective constituencies and that there will be a major leadership forum/event somewhere in Nairobi to recognize these people in the presence of the media,as the people that Kenyans have proposed to be leaders in 2012.

I believe such an initiative will receive the necessary backing from well wishers especially the media and will have a great impact.

I may be wrong, but this is just an idea; I am tired and I am seriously thinking about what role I can play in bringing a major revolution in this country. By the way I don’t mind if someone picks up this idea and runs with it. It is not mine to keep or to benefit, but for the benefit of Kenyans, and I think since it has been posted on the SK website,by default it is already Copy Righted to SK forum.

I feel you bro!................how on earth will you vote them out? Only their constituents can vote them out! For Marende its even worse..............You need 3/4 of MPs to vote him out!

But you shall remember the LORD your God,for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth, that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers,as it is this day. Deu 8:18

Can I suggest we become more focused... I agree with the list but lets take a step further and start vetting the next leaders...

1. Peter Kenneth

2. Kalonzo Musyoka

3. Danson Mungatana

Who else???? they can't lead alone!!

if the incompetent and the reckless compete, the result is a disaster.. MN

I understand your concerns. However come 2012 the above will run to their tribes for support.

I can bet with confidence that all except maybe Namwamba and Nyaga will be voted back overwhelmingly.

Raila,Ruto and Kenyatta are Tribal chieftains and remain in the radar as long as they live.

So perish the thought and move on coz kenyan have short memories.

Rather than mention those we don;t want back, would it not be easier to give names of those few we would like back (abt 5% of current MPs) and perhaps suggest others outside parliament and government.

I'd like Johnstone Muthama and that young Nakuru MP back - that's all. The rest can go to kodiaga/kamiti/naivasha/hell/the hague as applicable....

The problem with equality is that we desire that it be with those that have more than us rather that those that have less
