Methinks 6969 money is finding its way into NSE....could explain the recent bull. Sad

Smart move by them...though I'd attribute bull to Fund manager's repositioning of their portfolios....

Do you mean the 6969 company or the winners? Because I don't think the winnings are significant enough to make a ripple in this market. On the other hand these 100 shares minimum purchase at exorbitant prices like the ones lifting Kapchorua 9%, City Trust 8%, Eaagads 5% today I think are creating artificial increases on the all-index, but as we know Mr Market always irons it out. (By the way, which method do we use to calculate our index - price or value?)

Not the winners. The proprietors. The winners are probably sending even more texts to 6969 with their winnings....

all the counters you just mentioned are not in the 20 (twenty) share index. maybe in the vision 2050
