Know someone who thought they'd done due diligence but has their cash tied up because of disputed ownership (plot had two sets of documentation).
Information from anyone out there on shortest period it took to process title documents after purchase?
You never go wrong with real estate unless you get it wrong at the transaction stage.

You never go wrong with real estate unless you get it wrong at the transaction stage. Processing of title documents has many factors into it. The latest one is that there were no Title Papers at Kajiado since dec last year. the ideal shortest time is say 2 weeks, when you've got well connected guys to push all the paper work. @ For Sport, I concur
