Discussed the doc with some collegues....all of them are in agreement the end justifies the means...But thats some twisted,scary shit right there.

Cannot be used as evidence. Everything contained in there is hearsy. Police must be very clever people. They never give jobs to their wishy washy colleagues or allow them to witness anything.

hi all,

did you take notice of the following:

...the 6th execution (of one Wagacha's son) carried out on 29th April 2008...the vehicles used for the exercise were toyotas bearing the registration nos KBA 593E and KBB 454D and they were hired from car hire firm...

...20th execution in Wundanyi took place on the same year and the vehicles used bore the registration nos KBA 593E, KBB 454D and KAV 698W and the vehicles belonged to Rome Car Hire...here Kiriinya is saying that the registration nos. on the number plates were fake!!!...

was Kiriinya coached by KNHCR to fabricate evidence against IP maina and Sgt Njoroge who were omnipresent in all the executions?????
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...
