Now these are the Kenyans I'm proud of, creating solutions for local problems and creating jobs in the process. And to think he's been a bean counter all his life!

These are the kind of people we want to see in those 'najivunia kuwa mkenya' adverts not people taking a walk on a beach while the rest of us are working.

@sihingwa and @atiriri, way to go. The number that really hit me was 50 000 kgs of tomatoes a day!...just unbelievable..and here am i wondering what in the world am doing working for someone else when i could be doing this myself..or trying to.
I just hope Kirdi pays this guy royalties once they begin mass producing his invention.
