Do i need a minimum of 1Million for Bralirwa IPO?

I inquired from dyer and blair bout the Rwandan IPO and they let me know i required a minimim of 1,000,000 shillings to buy the shares. Is this applicable to all stock broker?

Does any wazuan have any prliminary report on the the progress of this IPO apart from the finance minister Mr John Rwangombwa indicating an oversubscription of more than 240%(www.newtimes.co.rw/pdf.php?issue=14478&article=36684)was anticipated?

It seems like a sure thing but the logistics are what are keeping people away. Now with the oversubscription and inherent illiquidity and it gets less attractive. Maybe we could all rush for it once listed. Looks like a stanbic to me.
