@sukums, please do some due diligence on any land offer. Rongai and kajiado district in general has so many land-selling conmen!

@sukums, the one am talking about is genuine. Drove to that place with him and viewed the land then bought. Only prob is the distance factor though Portland have since bought adjacent land and have redone the roads!

Don't gamble; take all your savings and buy some good stock and hold it till it goes up, then sell it. If it don't go up, don't buy it...
