in the container hotel has the weather been considered. Kenyans are peculiar but we may need to see a sample before we coment qualitatively.

@bendi..the container can be designed in such a way that you may not even realise its a container (check google). It may be insufficient for a luxury hotel but for a business hotel where guests stay 1-4 days, it may be interesting. As for the weather, insulation isnt a big problem.
@gesowan...500K kshs too much? what is the cost of building one hotel room?

Sounds like an intersting idea.

Have you thought of low-income housing? You could start an NGO and say it'll help slum eradication.
