Investing Vs Saving

How is it best to save while at the same time on a loan that is being used to renovate a house for rent. Could a motgage be any better?

@Wabs81. Where have you been? This is essentially an investors forum, so think more about investing and reinvesting in less and less riskier ventures as you grow older. Mortgage? No experience.

Jerry I'm on a resolution for 2011 to be an investor cos I have been consuming all my salary!! so thats the starting point i was trying to air out. Should I get a loan that renovates a house for renting then reinvest some profits say in long time stocks or any ventures that look good for my income gap?

free advise please Y=E+C+S(I),please see that you save and then invest ,if you do not understand i will be glad to explain,stop being @#%^^&5 you never consume your entire pay
