@guka should be investigated! Seriously!!! This fellow knows everything including who is taking in a second wife, where he is building a house for her and what colour the tiles will be! Then when it comes to routes and shortcuts in all villages - including the disputed ones at the border - @guka is the man to see. I think this is an under utilized resource. @guka should definitely be in the NSIS. Assuming he is not there already.

As for the Wazua personality of the year, I agree with McReggae 120%. @stockmaster takes the day by a mile! This is an investments based website [primarily] and therefore this should be the basis for choosing the Wazuan Personality of the year. Anyone who doubles his money in a year, and post his every move - real time - so that any wazuan interested can make the same plays gets my vote any day.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
