Quick update!

The directors obtained an injunction from the High Court prohibiting us from selling the business but maintained the status quo. Business is doing much better, customers have been assured of completed orders, suppliers have been guaranteed payment within 14 days of delivery, employees are much more motivated having been paid promptly for the last 3 months!

Only problem is that these directors think they can wrest the company from the Bank. Have made outlandish claims that we're stealing from the company and siphoning the funds to our personal accounts! They have refused to listen to logic and are insistent on proceeding with their litigation!
