@slammers.. were you overtaking on a dual carriageway?
If so I can probably can guess that the truck was driving on the 'over-taking lane' lane.
Most cars on dual carriageways (only in Kenya) do not keep left forcing others to 'undertake'.
Driving along I have tried flashing at drivers to move to the left so I pass but, reponse comes with an arm out of the window beckoning me to pass on the left (wrong) side.
But saying that... for the truck to hit you, he must have intended to move over to allow you to overtake. Am I right?
All the same, by law, he was wrong to have hit you.
