An Arsenal victory to shut up the loud-mouthed critics for a while. There's been too much rubbish about Arsenal here of late. That Walcott's a useless 100m athlete, that they pass and pass with no end result, that they are weaklings against strong defences, blah blah blah...! They played solidly well today and they deserved every inch of the victory. Applause

And the big winner is... Man U! The title is now Man U's to lose. Arsenal will definitely drop points - probably by saturday evening!

No team has lost five games by Christmas period and still won the modern EPL. Both Arsenal and Chelsea have lost five. Tafakari hayo.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Typical Arsenal hater....before this match most of you were praying for a draw or Arsenal to lose. Frankly speaking I'm rather disappointed because i feel we should have scored more goals than we did. As it stands now, we have won more matches than any other team in the EPL. The reason why both Arsenal and Chelsea are still in the title hunt is because of the Man Utd draws..... we can afford to lose several matches as long as Man Utd keep dropping unnecessary points. What really excites me is that we have now played both matches (picked points)against Chelsea before the January transfer window.

Kangi.....Sunderland played without 7 of their first team players so clearly nothing much was expected from their match with Man Utd

Congrats to Assnal you outperformed Chelski on the night. However, the big question still is and will be if you can be consistent enough to keep up with Utd?I highly doubt.Fixtures coming up very fast and thick we wount have to wait for long!!
Apparently there is nothing that cannot happen today!

Hoodrat....no single team in the EPL this season has proven to be consistent. Last night Arsenal outplayed Chelsea and got the results but that was just another three points to keep up with Man Utd. All the top teams have been dropping points against the "small teams" and i think these are the games which will determine who walks away with the title starting tonight with Man Utd visit to Birmingham.

I am beginning to write off chelsea as title contenders this season, no wonder the had to postpone the United match....Ancellotti would have been fired by now......6 points out of a possible 24 is dismal even for relegation threatened sides!!!

to all Arsenal nyef nyefs, congratulations on your team's win yesternight. Your team outplayed Chelshit. It made me just wonder, what if they had played United last weekend? But sadly the question is, what will you do with the double over Chelshit if you cannot keep up with United? Nought!!!

The United draws you so loved to hate have made your uphill battle become a mountain to climb!

Mwenza....Arsenal played a very strong side at Stamford bridge (without cesc, walcott and RVP) but we controlled the match just a bit unlucky with the goals. One thing i can assure you is that if we do score first in tomorrow's match we will win the match. I expect Drogba to score so having said that i predict a 2-1 win for the gunners as we welcome back Diaby.

Don't mention that athlete Walcott. That boy will never dribble past Cashly Cole and he knows it.

Hope 2moro you can convert your so-called dominance into goals, otherwise we shall start calling it useless possession/dominance.

Thanks for inspiring Walcott mate!
