I am thinking of buying/mortgaging one of their properties coming up in either Kiambu or Mombasa road. Has anybody ever dealt with them or any tit bits i could benefit from? My concern is that their show-house will be ready together with the the other houses (does not make sense to me).
Thanks guys merry-xmas to Wazua fraternity.

The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence; it is to act with yesterday's logic.

Buying a property in kiambu is a great idea because they have the more flexibility over the management and you can get profit when you sell it.so, it is good to buy.

I am interested. Weka email hapa.(for a few hours - you can remove it later.)
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
