Hope you all had a wonderfull xmas....when Arsenal played Chelsea at Stamford Bridge earlier in the season the gunners controlled the game from start to finish. The two Chelsea goals were against the run of play...nothing the keeper could especially Alex's goal!

Hope tomorrow aseno dominates chelshit for 90mins plus 4mins of injury time and then end up losing 3-0.

Then come tuesday we shall look forward to @TAZ writing: "Although we lost, am very happy because we played better than chelsea and next season they won't beat us again since all their goals last night were flukish".

He will then add: "I don't know about other aseno fans , thats just me"

Finally he will conclude: " wapende wasipende haka ka-carling cup ni ketu msimu huu"

Mwenza....Arsenal played a very strong side at Stamford bridge (without cesc, walcott and RVP) but we controlled the match just a bit unlucky with the goals. One thing i can assure you is that if we do score first in tomorrow's match we will win the match. I expect Drogba to score so having said that i predict a 2-1 win for the gunners as we welcome back Diaby.

Sunderland is not a push over so ManU fanatics should be braced for a shock!A draw is very likely tomorrow, but it could be worse!! I know they will hang me alive if they get me but its true with the sunderland form

Do you still believe in your comments?

Berba-Top scores a brace to silence this team which is supposedly in top form.

Don't mention that athlete Walcott. That boy will never dribble past Cashly Cole and he knows it.

Hope 2moro you can convert your so-called dominance into goals, otherwise we shall start calling it useless possession/dominance.

@Nobby, clearly Slumberland never received the memo as they were caught under a barrage of United ammo. VDS could easily have rushed to the dressing room, during play, to get a heater, place it infront of the goal mouth, get a seat and warm himself out of the manchester winter. Such was the impotence of the opponents' attack.

What d'u make of managers who played under SAF.I doubt whether they attempt to win the game. Most of them just grace the occasion by attending the match-without any need for a win.How else do you explain S'lands game compared to how they've played against other teams this season, Just saw Mark Hughes shaking SAFs hand for doin what should have been obvious.

I cant recall the last time a protege of SAF beat him.

@kangi...maybe true maybe not.

yesterday man-u played in the first half with losts of pace, accuracy that kept on spliting the sunderland defence at will. Had it not been for the Keeper and the post, the score could have looked like a tennis one.

Having said that, sunderland were poor, never even troubling the van der sar. at one point it was 10 goal attempts man-u to 1 goal attempt sunderland with man-u possession in the 70%.

Tactically, I dont see why Bruce was playing with two strikers upfront. Most of the time they had no supply. He needed more men in the midfield to disrupt man-u.

As things look now, we must start reconciling ourselves that barring some 'black swan' event, the title is going to old trafford.

Back to today's game.

All along I have been shouting that chelsea will beat arsenal.

Am having this ominous feeling that this time around things maybe different. We could see an arsenal. I guess it would be much easier to support west brom than chelsea if that were to happen.

@ Winston

True Man were the better team for the day.But how do you explain such a weak performance? Doesn't mean that Bruce had no DM to disrupt the impressive Anderson but credit to Man U for they had the right formation defensively and Michael Carrick looked underemployed for the better part.

At least SAF himself admitted that its a three horse race, reason being that they are yet to be beaten makes them favorites at least for now.

As for todays game the referee happens to be Mark Clattenburg he who allowed Nani to score against Tottenham after a clear handball and again disallowing Pedro Mendes goal in 2005 at old trafford against Spurs. He may disguise himself as a newcastle fan but he is a true Man fan who would love to see a draw to prop Man Utd.

They try their best - it's only that Man U are too good and SAF too smart for them - for anyone! They actually have a competition among themselves to see who beats SAF first!

Many managers have WANTED to beat Man U - including one Mr. Bean! Others have had their matches postponed under suspicious circumstances.
