Most unfortunate thing u could ever subscribe to! Connection cuts out faster than a plane landing. Totally embarassing to the multinational. Dnt even try it, at least 4now. Yu is king.

@simonkabiz. You are right. I subscribed about one and half years ago when they were operating as zain. After about three months, I was disappointed and decided to cancel the contract. They continued billing me though I had stopped the service and in any case they had disconnected me.
After one year, the sent me a statement showing the total bill since the time I stopped paying minus the 5k deposit. Next, I received a letter from their debt collectors. This was the most unfair experience from a company that should be reputable.
Do not try to sign that contract.

A gentle reminder to Simonkabz, Yu runs on Airtel Basestation (BTS)Infrastructure. The backends are similar. Hence Yu internet may not be better than Airtel. I stand corrected. Safaricom is still good at 3G. Telekom is as well in number 2. The trouble I have with ALL GSM providers is that the services are TERRIBLY ERRATTIC. If you are looking for service consistency, I would recommend Wimax (for fixed) and iBurst (for mobile internet).
