After I posted an update to the effect that I had found the office and was moving in "this week" - Aug 9th Any way; 27k is too much for my business. I found one going for 10k and it's also the perfect size for me. Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

In case any of the SK members would like to help a brother,please email: info@findelassociates.co.ke. alternatively,qadaffi, depending on the nature of your business (mine is accounting and book-keeping services), we can team up and rent for 20k and then share. Mukiha, grateful if you can advise where you got your offices. Don’t cry over spilled milk…it could have been beer!

It took me a very long time to find it from March 2010 After walking up and down the city's buildings for two months, I finally enlisted the services of an agent, paid him 1k retainer to run around, and agreed to give another 4k upon finding a suitable office... ...and run around he did....nearly 2 offices to view daily... finally he showed me one in the building where I am... by the time I took my wife there to give me a second opinion, the place had been taken by another person! ....but the caretaker said there was another room that was expected to fall vacant soon... 3 weeks later he called me for it.... Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.
