First of all, i have the same question as got hill...32/5 = 6.4.
Second question is, which trees do you plan on planting, do you have ready buyers, what diseases might affect the trees, is the area fenced or not for security and finally, is there good access road to the site. If all these questions are satisfactorily answered, i would be interested as i am also very keen on real estate. Get me on
