I guess the question is pretty straight forward. I am looking for worthwhile short to medium term and low risk investment. With average to good returns. Any ideas out there? I was thinking more along the lines of export/import.

Would you be interested in investing in a start-up in the services industry? Payback period would be around 24 months. I can send you the business plan.

Thought at 32 acres to get approximately 5 acres each you need at most 7 guys not 10.Ama am missing something?

I am in the process of reading the business plan and I must say that it's not bad. However, I have to discuss with the business plan owner first and see if he is willing to take more investors. If he is, I will drop you an email to that effect. Merry XMAS everyone at wazua!

First of all, i have the same question as got hill...32/5 = 6.4.

Second question is, which trees do you plan on planting, do you have ready buyers, what diseases might affect the trees, is the area fenced or not for security and finally, is there good access road to the site. If all these questions are satisfactorily answered, i would be interested as i am also very keen on real estate. Get me on ss85_smith@yahoo.com if you don't want to publicize your details here.

Cheers, and Merry XMAS!
