Watching for the reaction of our intelligence community. Known there has been heightened activity of movement of known/suspected operatives btwn Somalia and Kenya/Eastleigh. Too fast we missed the finer detail of the operation. Thank God the operatives seem to have been amateurs in execution.

. Though the Eastleigh factor has been on before Piracy menace, (Somali diaspora cash) its growth and lack of security audit of the operations of the Somali community is disturbing. Ask any karao and he'll tell you wachana na Eastleigh
. As for Kajwan'g, he should carry his own cross - he politicized passports/IDs/permits etc in the name of performance contracting. Where in this world do people get passports within 2 days?
I suggest:
1. We implement a Tz style immigrant policing system where hosts (including hotels, lodgings etc) report all aliens present in their abode every 24 hrs.
2 Have effective inland immigration patrols and checks eg at all major inland highways, eg Nakuru, Namanga,Isiolo,Embu, Maua, Garissa etc. (Business community should not shout).
3. Expel UNHCR (they have their own agenda of keeping their well paying jobs). They habour human traffickers.
4. Screen, vet and profile all aliens in major towns starting with Eastleigh.
5. Have an intelligence guided immigration system of alien management.
6. Have all persons attaining 18 undergo compulsory military training.
