Let me use this opportunity to wish Wazua management all the best in this festive season and the coming year 2011.

I extend the same felitations to the older members of this forum since the stockskenya era who has kept faith with the transformation to wazua.

I must particularly single out the new entrants to wazua family in year 2010, their enormous contributions and arguements have made this forum very lifely and vibrant. One of the reasons for this is that 2010 was a bullish year in NSE. We pray that 2011 will take after 2010 and even better, to improve our fortunes.

Within this year under offshore investments,I introduced a serial thinking outside the box with particular attention to Ghana, and Hong Kong.Come 2011 by the Grace of God I will shift my attention to Singapore and Australian markets.
I will continue to contribute on the property section in the coming year.

In addition I intend to introduce a serial on healthy lifestyle under the health column also in the coming year.

Fortunately all of you are my friends that is why I am not mentioning names as it would have been too numerous.

Best regards and greetings to you all.

The wazua spirit as members is to educate and inform and learn from others within the limit of what we know in any chosen area irrespective of our differences in tribes, nationalities, etc. .

@Young,

Your contributions to wazua are really appreciated by some of us who are more of "peepers" than direct active participants.

Merry Christmas and happy, prosperous 2011
You will know that you have arrived when money and time are not mutually exclusive "events" in you life!
