Tomorrow's Chelsea V Man Utd is definitely off due to heavy snow in London. This follows consultation with police and the local authority.

Sorry folks. Sad

Advantage Chelsea! They were definitely going to loose!

Biggest beneficiary? Anceloti. The snow just saved his job - at least for now. They might still loose against Man - U in the re-arranged game but if they'll have had a number of big wins before then, he keeps his job 'till further notice'.

As it turns out the postponement was controversial. Another case which requires 'PLO' to investigate. Whereas the aseno game was postponed only 3hrs to kick-off, the chelsea game was called-off more than 24hrs to kick-off. Iko kitu hapa.

The game has been postponed. And that means that the premiership can eventually boil down to the two man-u/chelsea games. If chelsea repeat last season's feat(of home and away)...you know the trophy will end up at the bridge.

As @Taz said, Man-u has not won at the bridge in 8 years. The game would have been a draw at worst and a win for chelsea at best...current slump not withstanding.

And now chelsea's luck has turned. With lamps back, drog scoring in open play, terry back and offcourse more time for chelsea to recover from slump after the game was postponed. The next game against arsenal who have been inconsistent at home provides the perfect opportunity for drog to continue tormenting them and further increasing chelsea's confidence before we meet man-u.

And by the time we meet man-u, the transfer window will be open and hopefully, chelsea would have re-armed. Applause

Man-u's best moment of holding chelsea just passed. With their involvement in the carling cup, an extra game in hand against blackpool,a game against liverpool in the FA Cup, man-u will definately be stretched/fatigued compared to chelsea when they meet.Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

Meanwhile, mancity are going tops tonight if they beat everton!

The Premier League is considering May 17th as the day for the postponed match between Man - U and Chelsea. That would be interesting considering the two teams will meet at Old Trafford on May 7th!

Imagine Man - U and Chelsea playing each other in the 4th last and 2nd Last matches - and only 10 days apart!!! A chance for a team to turn a 5 points deficit to a one point league win!!!

As it turns out, there are many questions being asked against Chelsie for postponing the match. The pitch was perfectly playable but thay claim that after consultaions with polce and safety officials it was deemed that travelling to and fro would have been harzadous for fans.

But several matches went ahead within the same locality.

the theory here is that Chelsie used this excuse to avoid another defeat as they were not confident with their squad. Want to play Manutd only when they are back on form.

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly @buster, ur 'noisy neighbours' also consulted the police and safety officials and concluded the pitch was fit and playable.Their aim was simply to top the table regardless of the conditions.the consequence.....they lost!
Infact this went in man u favour since chelsea might visit OT first and depending on the result, a visit to SB might be just a formality! Man u just fear lose at home and away!

And stamford bridge has an extremely efficient under soil heating system. Traveling to the stadium would have been unsafe my foot! How did they make sure the fans didn't travel elsewhere no that it was 'unsafe' to travel? Fear fear fear. And to that the fact that Anceloti would definitely been fired AFTER [Not if] the loss and you can see why the match had to be postponed.
