The pump price is not coming down yet the Kenol-KRA tussle was resolved last week!
Plus the crude has been retailing at USD 77 in the past week!
Who will save us, when a gallon of gas is going at 10 Kenyan-cents in Venezuela...

1) How can you compare Kenya to Venezuela?

2) You are lying. "...a gallon of gas is going at 10 Kenyan-cents in Venezuela..."

the cost of a gallon of gas in venezuela is 6 cents USD, that is 6x80/100=4.8
4.8 shillings. i see the lie now!!Applause Applause Applause Applause

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Grin... just quoting... Only 48x what @impunity said! I think it might be closer to US$0.09 = 72x

On a serious note... Venezuela heavily subsidizes fuel coz it is a huge net exporter of oil... Not sustainable... Of course, if Venezuela would sell the refined product to Kenya at 5/- per gallon... I would run swim there with my mikebe!

Lakini, the Venezuelans are bad neighbours coz they even restrict their wajirani (e.g. a Ugandan coming to Kenya) to fill up in Venezuela...

Up we still go...watching Kiraitu on telly wringing his hands was as enjoyable as watching paint dry Liar

KK Koinange 101.4shs/L
NOCK Muranga Road 94.5shs/L

More bad news on the way as oil prices rise in the world market and the companies 'immediately' react despite selling fuel bought at last month's prices...

They blame it all on pirates which me think is a cover up.
Lets all use bicycles or walk to work;and only drive on weekend during nyam-chom sessions.

Fueled yesterday at Shell next to Panafric at 94shs per liter; attendant didn't understand why I was grinning from ear to ear but was my first time ever fueling there! Applause Applause Applause
But the increase in diesel prices makes me feel this is a collabo between Energy ministry and oil cartels; even KK manager who is very vocal has suddenly gone quiet, fishy? d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!

Shell Adams only have V-Power. The attendant told me that if I found a place with fuel I better fill my tank as there may be a shortage looming up. Fueled at Total Adams at 94. Suspect they are soon going to start hording fuel.
