You can 'Kenyanize' it to see where you stand. Are You Wealthy Or Just Rich? Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Money is the means to an end and never the end itself. The appropriate end should be happiness. If you can achieve happiness with your current holdings, income, savings etc etc no matter how little then you are wealthy. If your life is hollow and the only purpose is to make money well you wil never be wealthy no matter how rich you are.

Rank: Member Joined: 3/18/2008 Posts: 377		If I can afford to take care of all my bills, live in own house, pay for insurance for family, take one holiday every year, afford to move around comfortably (at least one family car and maybe another to spare), save a little for old age then am wealthy. But if only I can meet the above without relying on employment. "You've never lived until you've almost died; for those who have fought for it, life has a flavour the protected will never know."
