@timska, When did Kisia attend Harvard? unless you are talking of seminars conducted in the summer while school waits to open for the fall term similar to that attended by Najibu Balala. This guy after Utalii college went on to work for Sarova Hotels, most likely the stanley. He therefore has no distinction worth talking about.

Kisia needs to pull up his socks.you only need to look at the tunnels at Globe roundabout to see how low we have gone. They used to be cleaned daily.Today nobody cares.

I saw Kisia being interviewed on why parking fees were being hiked. His reasoning - in London parking fees are 2 or 3 pounds an hour - does this guy know which part of the world Nairobi is located?. He was then asked about motorists complaint about lack of security despite increased parking fees - he said the police are responsible and the City Council can't do anything about it.
This guy is overrated.

Read somewhere that the city council is planning to introduce smart cards to help know who is working and what time they are working. My big question is how do you monitor the parking attendants and those kanjoras who walk around in the markets?Absolutely vison less ploy jst another scam to misuse our tax.
They should cocentrate on providing us with the resources we need like running tap water daily.

It's time positions like this were awarded purely based on performance. It's like choosing our Olympics team based on who knows who and we end up with fat runners when kina Rudisha should be repping. Sure recipe for failure.
