It's not IF. It happens everyday. After the American Embassy bombing, Kenyans crowded the place and couldn't move even when told a second unexploded bomb had been found - which was true!! A chopper had to be flown very low to see even the dust would do the trick! Wapi!!??
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
