First, let me give credit where it's due. Arsenal won the 2003/04 league without loosing a game. That's really something. Credit to them.
Having said that, the season was not 'invisible' as gooners and sympathizers like to call it. The gooners actually lost games in other competitions they participating in. They were dumped out of the F.A. Cup [By Man - U] and Champions League [By Chelsea]!!! It was not an 'invisible' season. It was an invisible EPL - In which they were still unable to break the record of most points in a season which at the time was held by Man - U [91 points].
@TAZ - Back to school. The record of the longest run without defeat in
all competitions in the whole of Europe is held by....... drums please...... Manchester United!!! They also hold the record of the longest undefeated run in the F.A. cup and Champions League but let's not even discuss that for now! We might get issues mixed up. LOL.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
