This will not last since the OMCs will not sell at a loss for long. GoK needs to reduce the taxes & remove (inefficient) KPRL's monopoly for processing crude.

Todays Business Daily, can't pull the link, BP in the final stages of pulling out of Tz. This in a way is good for KK as they will be one of the few left standing.
Segman has previously said that price caps is not a bad thing, as long as it is transparent.
But the MoE should just close down the refinery and allow OMCs to import 100%. white fuels, at least until they sort out their yield shifts and skimming and what have you.
