Two things might save this share price; share amalgamation 1:5 to avoid a non-Tradeable price of few cents. Another prayer is a buyout. By who? African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

Time to call out a Priest for the last rites. This company is officially now on a death watch. What a pity?!!!
But as we all know a bad share is a bad share. I trust that the folks who have been buying it knew they were getting into VERRY (to use the deal's language) RISKY BUSINESS.

Not interested. on the bad list add. OCH, sameer, Access. we can feel sorry for ppl with these. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Just a concern. Has the 10% rule been waived? For this counter to swing betweem 3bob and 1.65 per share. African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'

Saw it on news yesterday, there seemed to be like 3 people in the factory and the busiest one (and the one the CEO decided to stroll around) was handling a machine that looked like it was operating at a 10th of its capacity. Why don't they form a productions and distribution deal for the lamps of that CNN hero of the year? Meru Holiness

Also saw the clip on TV last night and the thing that hit me was 'has modernization never been to Nakuru' ? It was so prehistoric manually making the batteries, manually covering them in cellophane paper, manually packing them in boxes - no wonder they can't compete on price, their hr costs must easily be by far their biggest input component. They need cash for serious modernization. There is still demand for DD batteries, so its not for the lack of a market. And that red jacket, Steve, it is not the stock exchange trading floor!!!

Sasa inakaa ni kifo tu! Bure Kabisa! The proceeds from the IPO didnt go the firm but to Merali, who was selling part of his stake to the public. And being one of the most shrewd guys i've ever known, he decided to sell a shell at KES 9.50! What a gain! And now, its on its way to dying a natural death! @SufficientlyP

I don't own any eveready but just wondering what happens to a company if their shares become totally worthless?? At this rate the share price may be less than a bob and finally zero. I know a character who bought the damn share at 17 bob!

I know a character who bought the damn share at 17 bob! soo many folks bought the share in the secondary market at 18 in Dec 2006 when the mkt was so bullish! It seems they did away with the 10% price fluctuation limit following the material announcement in the form of a profit warning. This will be a lesson that not all penny stocks are a good buy, some are pennies coz they are on HDU, or is it ICU? @SufficientlyP
