I was meeting a friend in a bar in Westlands last night and there were kids running around the place around 10 pm. I left him there at 11 pm....they stayed till past midnight. Which alcohol laws??? Business opportunities are like buses,there's always another one coming

@Kularaha, maybe for the laws to take root as Mututho would desire, there will be need for a branch of police (Alcohol Police) that will always be there to promote virtue and prevent vice in all night clubs and bars country wide! BK!
Otherwise, the laws are overzealous and will need to be reviewed ASAP!
