Try as much as possible to avoid the extremes such as "strongly disagree" etc.
There will also be questions to check consistency in your answers so if you see a repeat question you have to give the same answer.

i was head hunted for what i considered a dream job a few months ago, the job was in a foreign land so u can imagine how badly i wanted it, i did a prometric test and i didnt get the job coz it turned i was a very independent personlity and that didnt fit with wat they wanted....i was quite dissapointed but when i found out wat exactly the job entailed i wasnt, it wud not have been my cup of tea
morale of the story is as @reddevil has said BE YOURSELF RELAX AND HAVE FUN do not second guess the test because u may end up gettin a role which doesnt fit ur personality and or aptitude...be urself bro kama ni yako ni yako...
