Stanbic bank shares sell

Guys in Wazua has anyone had a chance of selling his/her shares of StanbicBank Uganda after they opened electronically by Dyerand Blair?
The reason im asking is i ordered my shares sold but now it seems as if something is not clear between dyerand blair Nairobi and D&B Uganda regarding the transaction,or may be the staff of dyerand blair is doing hide and seek game as they do with us from diaspora.Please contribute yr exprience before iforce D&B staff to do her job or seek for further consultation from her boss which they dont like to hear....i have been patient since i decided to sell those shares but now all i hear is excuses..and delays as if im begging...

I have bought twice since electronic started. I have also sold twice. The last time was last Monday. I use African Alliance - both Uganda and Kenya securities

Never used D&B, only tried to open an account during the Stanbic IPO but found too long queues so bolted to AAKS.
