From the frustrations of the shareholders, one would guess that the company is facing cashflow problems

This company is still run like a family, they have not acknowledged the public presence in it.

Surely, what's wrong with them? I'm just seeing them digging roads and they haven't paid their shareholders. They must really suck in PR.

Wow, This is really going to be a game changer. Pity it is not being offered all over Nairobi or Kenya for that matter. Anyone who signs up, could you please let us know how it goes!

If I could I would have signed up for it... I am sure if it is a success in the areas mentioned then it will be rolled out to the other parts of Nairobi...

This will even whack AK's main customer base... the Corporates! As for the SOHO & SME market, why should they even use AK?

I did a 1 for 1 swap between Access and KCB when the former was 18.50 and the latter just under 19. I'm still delirious from that decision. To make matters better, the Zuku cable has reached the basement of my apartment block and I'm now waiting for the last 15 metre connection. Bye bye bambanet, bye bye DSTV, bye bye Orange landline.

Only hope for AK is if Zain-Airtel buys them off but the Airtel folks are not fools... AK is over-priced... IMHO... [except for a crazy price takeover]

This ka-thing is the speculative stock in my portifolio. I will hold on as long as they are digging trenches and laying those cables. Tech is still hot in developing countries.

@sparkly with all the competition they are facing and costs that are spiralling out of control where do you see profit growth coming from???

compare this one to Zuku.. like comparing Esther Arunga to Peninah Karibe smile
jus kidding.

If access could publicize future prospects..critically..and not copy paste from ipo prospectus..i think they would find a decent following.
