@mwananhisa you've got everything wrong on Kakuzi... Just because it rose at the same time as eaagads does not mean it rose for the same reason... I know for a fact as an investor who has been buying heavily that I havent bought kakuzi for its undervalued land
Tea has been doing extremely well both in supply and price amidst a weakening shilling.. All this will boost their profits and then there is also the pressure on the tea companies to improve their dividend payout... This is the reason I bought and still buying
Its undervalued land is just an added advantage whose value will only be realized if they convert the use of the land
