Did Lingale's IIBC play politics? Are the new constituencies representative? and is the outcry / praises self centred.

Did I hear Moi praising the new constituencies?

I'm yet to decide if to side with him cos Ive never thought that he wants anything good for this country.

The counties as set out in the new law are unfair to areas with high population.For us to hav 2 the same issue with national ass. means we'll have a gvt of the minority over the majority

Thats what you get when you have a politician to head such a sensitive body, i saw it coming. Compare the Ligale commission's work to IIEC and the PSC's and then compare the chairmen. It was bound to happen.Shame on you
