Hypothesis:

1. Chungwa Stragety Team (CST) comprising of some 5-key politicians, some professors and some political scientists hire a US political strategist, who had spearheaded a successful post election revolution in Yugoslavia;
2. In Jan 2007, CST comes up with a strategy to get Captain to power, by whatever means possible...
3. Isolate kyuks, says the foreign strategist....
4. Infiltrate the media...
5. Get own polsters....
6. Get funds and recoup when we are in....
7. Spread fear fear among the enemy camp...
8. Make sure no observers in our strongholds...
9. Couch "credible" witnesses on alleged planned rigging...
10. Hammer message of planned rigging through speeches, media, witnesses, etc
11. Should the enemy win, make it ungovernable,...
12. Regional kings & queen should mobilize "action in their areas"...
13. The Foreign consultant advices..KEEP ALL "RECORDS" and "EVIDENCE" as it may be required to prove your "INNOCENSE"...

After the elections the coast and RV kings were overzelous, and they promised to deliver as agreed by the CST...

FFWD... things are getting thick...and the human rights commission gets a comprehensive report capturing this strategy... Instantly another report from the same body appears, but much leaner....a few names, including the captain's have beed dropped....

FFFFFWD...disagreements...crosses to carry...BUT just by TWO of the FIVE!.... and by any other unfortunate to be captured by the "EVIDENCE"..
