The same fellow attempted to fire Ruto and Ongeri on suspicion of corruption before Baks intervened and showed him who is boss. Now he says that suspicion of corruption is not enough grounds for a minister to step aside. Anyone who thinks this guy will be any different from the looters is so misguided. ABK
