the way i read it is that Ruto is already in top gear couching witnesses who shall be presented to the public as the ones allegedly from KNHCR...NKT!!!ABK!! cant this fellow fade into the background and come up with something more mature..sio vitu za utoto!!
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...
