@Cool jamaa
I have been in similar shoes...but am totally different now. In my negative cacuun..it just dawned on me one day,that i can't live like that forever. I stood up..dusted myself and moved on with my life. I buried my negative energy,de-linked myself from negative people and swore never to look back. Anyone can be what they choose to be in life. And btw,if you look deep inside yourself,you will find at least 10things to be grateful for everyday. I used to sit down with pen and paper..and not even think of one, but when i changed my way of looking at things,i now find hundreds of things to be grateful for...but i only write the top 10 everyday!smile

Walk into a bookshop and buy Joel Osteen's 'Become a better you' Or 'Your best life now'. It's a good starting point. Or give me your email address and i will lend you mine - as long as you promise to read the book and not give up on it too!smile

Your name is already a motivation in itself, you call yourself cool jamaa, meaning there are aspects of your life you are proud of!!!!

....as Leona put it, never assume that all those smiling around you are having an easy ride in their live, life can be elephant my brother!!!!

@mkonomtupu ...never thought of it that way. So you guys mentioned psychiatrist & motivational coach. How do I get in touch with any of these guys that are private and affordable.... and I don't think my insurance would cover that.

Any websites to recommend or volunteers via e-mail... and sorry if I'm asking too many questions.

look around you my brother, you will notice people with much bigger problems than yours,

or visit some hospitals, and see the sick.....some very ill...but can still afford to smile......

then take a look at your self...and maybe....just maybe you will learn to appreciate yourself a little.

I dont have a father figure in my life so I dont know how to man up or be a man. That explains part of the reason why Im downright scared of women also, Ive tried to change but Ive been this way for 16 years ...since i was a teenager. Being a man is all about making decisions, im very poor at that obviously and i'm socially awkward. How do I become a real man?
