Well they should all sue claiming that the public is assuming they were the culprits and it is causing them a lot of embarrassment and psychological distress. All the Nicholas bosses with Agnesses working under them should join hands to fight this irresponsible journalism(and earn some money in the process).

Before suing, less than 200 people know who Agnes and Nicholas is. After suing, at least 39 million will know who they are. And that is not counting people outside Kenya. He/She will be immortalized as the face of cheaters for a couple of years.

Both should swallow their pride and think about the national embarrassment it will cause not just to them but more importantly their kids.

@2012: I assure you, they did not need to name names to be culpable. All the 'guy' needs to do is show that he was the guy they were talking to. The chick can be used to confirm that indeed this is the guy she was talking about! It would be easy to sue them and if I were a lawyer I would want this case!
